To get these posts started back up, I am posting what is possibly my most favorite photograph I have. Not because it is technically skillful, or amazingly composed, or even looks very cool.. But because of WHAT the picture is! This is a picture I took during my senior project of High School. I did a roughly 25 minute presentation on the complete history of photography (which during the course of making the presentation I learned way more than I would have thought possible!) and my biggest example I showed everyone was how a Camera Obscura (pinhole camera) worked! I did this by turning our english room into a camera! Blacked out the window, got a tiny hole in the paper, and then waited for everyones eyes to adjust! They all couldn't believe it when they started to see what was outside, on the inside! And to this day I think my teacher would still say this was the best project she has ever seen! ^_^ So here it is, brightness and exposure adjusted a bit because it was still dark. And this summer, I think I will try and do more of this! It is an amazing experience!!!
This next photo is one that I absolutely love but never really knew what to do with. Its a really great picture and would go great in an article about how portland sucks at recycling.. Except I'm pretty sure we are awesome recyclers! So.. Ill just post it here for now!
The next group is just probably gonna be random photos from the last four years that I haven't ever posted!
